systems and prepares over 50 sets of traffic design
plans each year. CBB places special emphasis on
traffic signal design, traffic system design, and
the geometric improvement of intersections.
Projects range from simple isolated locations to
complex citywide Advanced Traffic Management Systems
(ATMS).

signal design are the preparation of interconnect,
fire preemption, and signal progression plans.
